2026 HR ALA Scholarship

The Hampton Roads Chapter of the American Logistics Association(ALA) will be awarding four scholarships to incoming college freshmen for the 2026 academic year:

• One $5,000 Captain Ollie Bates Memorial Scholarship Awarded to the most deserving student based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and volunteer work.
• Three $3,000 HR ALA Scholarships Awarded to students who demonstrate strong achievement in academics, extracurriculars, and volunteer service.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be High School Senior during the 2025-2026 School Year
• Must attend High School within the Hampton Roads or Richmond metro areas
• Must be the child of one of the following:
  • Active Duty, Retired, or Reserve Military Personnel
  • Military Resale Personnel(DeCA, Nexcom, AAFES, MCX, CGX)
  • Current member of the Hampton Roads ALA

Winners Announced: On or before June 1st, 2026
